Management as a Liberal Art (MLA)™
Since 2008, MLAF has promoted management as a human-focused practice that honors individual dignity and maintains a functional societal framework. However, management knowledge is often viewed through a profit-maximization lens, obscuring its original essence as defined by Peter Drucker. To counter this, we are fostering partnerships among individuals and educational organizations to ensure vital management insights are accessible for the betterment of society.
How can I get involved?
We are dedicated to linking individuals with organizations that provide management as a liberal art education globally. Now, anyone can easily explore, connect, and engage with the impactful work being done.
