Management as a Liberal Art Foundation (MLAF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) private foundation that promotes the Drucker principles of Management as a Liberal Art (MLA). Since 2008, we've helped support organizations amplify impact in their communities and strive for the betterment of our society.

- Truth can be manifested in the reality of a known or observable fact or a sincere belief in what is but not yet seen. The search for Truth and the knowing of it is uniquely human and contributes to the growth and development of people worldwide.
- Human dignity is the truth that every person has been created with their own fingerprint of potential and worth.
- Integrity is knowing what is right and doing it.
- Learning is a life-long experience that results in the growth and development of the whole person.
- Stewardship is a fiduciary responsibility to invest what has been entrusted and to be accountable for a return.
